Do you ever get bored with the same old standard salad? If you’re looking for a salad that’s not the norm and that’s tasty, this one is sure to please.
I found this recipe on sixsisterstuff.com and it’s really tasty. I changed it up just a bit, (that’s what I do with almost all recipes I make.) I didn’t have red onion so I substituted white. I never really use romaine lettuce, so I substituted in a blend of artisan lettuces. Some of my family is dairy free so I left the cheese on the side.
Remember you don’t have to follow recipes just as they are written. Get creative and add your own spin on them. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, add in substitutions for those things and make the recipe to fit you.
