You can make the Sloppy Joe portion ahead of time and reheat on the stove for later in the week when you’re ready to have this meal. Spaghetti squash is yummy and nutritious. If you have an instant pot, you have to make your spaghetti squash in it verses the oven. It takes only 7 minutes in the instant pot. If you don’t have time to chop broccoli, get frozen broccoli. Remember to keep your meals simple and plan ahead. Keeping it simple and planning ahead are the ways to staying on track with eating healthy.
