Do you want your kids to know how to make healthy food choices?  This class will teach them the concept of traffic light eating.  This is a great way for children to make healthy food connections.  They will do activities to help them understand these concepts.  Teaching children to make healthy choices early in life, will set them up to be able to live a healthy lifestyle.
