Hey everyone!
This is a yummy dish I just threw together for my family a couple days ago and it was a hit. I’ll be honest, I’m not great at following recipes and I just made this up as I went along so the measurements aren’t exact. So I browned 1 pound of grass fed burger
Added 2 cans of diced tomatoes, can also use fresh diced
2 cans of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
Cut up some green bell peppers
1-1.5 cups of frozen corn
2-3 TBSP chili powder maybe more
2 tsp onion powder
Fresh garlic or garlic powder to your taste
2 tsp cumin
Garlic salt to taste
Fresh or dried cilantro
Directions:
Mix all together after browning burger and serve over rice or quinoa.
