Leading a healthy lifestyle means being intentional about how you live, focusing on things that will bring good health.  A few things that are good in leading a healthy lifestyle are to focus on getting plenty of sleep each night, starting your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast, graze on whole foods to keep your blood sugar balanced, exercise 5-6 days a week for at least 20 min a day, think positively, and focus on the relationships close to you.  In a world that throws so many distractions at us, we need to slow down and focus on things that bring joy and health to our lives.  That will look different to each individual.
