Garlic Butter Cauliflower

Garlic Butter Cauliflower is a favorite side dish in our home.  It’s easy, quick, healthy, and tasty.  I hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.  Cauliflower also has a lot of benefits too.  Here are a few benefits to adding cauliflower to your diet.

Cauliflower benefits:

It has cancer fighting properties, boosts heart health, it’s anti-inflammatory, rich in vitamins and minerals, boosts brain health, good fiber that helps improve digestions, and helps the body in the detoxification process.

You can’t go wrong with eating cauliflower!

RECIPE:

1 head of cauliflower chopped into large pieces

1-2 Tbsp of butter

2 cloves of garlic crushed

1-2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Steam the head of cauliflower until tender.  Chop or rice the cauliflower.  Add butter, garlic, and nutritional yeast.

Mix and enjoy!
