Chicken is a good source of protein and protein is important for our bodies. We need protein to build strong muscles, to build and immunity, for energy, and many other processes in the body. Therefore since protein is important and chicken is a good source of protein, I thought I would give you a few chicken salad options to make and have ready to go. One 6oz. chicken breast is around 54g of protein to give you an idea of how much protein you may be getting from these options.
